Local Market Challenges & Cost-Effective Solutions


In local Africa, the LED display market is dominated by intermediaries. For a large-scale project with an area of 1800 square meters, purchasing locally would lead to extremely high total costs. At the same time, the quality of local products is uneven, which cannot meet the long-term and stable use needs of the church. The customer was eager to find a direct source manufacturer to solve the problems of high price and unstable quality.

As a source factory, MLS fundamentally solved these pain points for the customer. We not only eliminated the price difference of intermediaries, providing customers with direct supply prices with obvious advantages, but also ensured stable product quality through strict quality control from raw materials to production. To enhance the customer’s confidence, after in-depth communication, the customer specially visited our superfactory from Ghana. The advanced production lines, standardized quality management system and strong production capacity of MLS left a deep impression on the customer and laid a solid foundation for cooperation. In addition, considering the customer’s large demand of 1800 square meters, MLS gave the customer a preferential agent price, further reducing the customer’s project cost and solving the customer’s cost pressure.

Complex Project Requirements & Professional Service Support


The project faced extremely high complexity in many aspects. First of all, the church venue is extremely large (700 meters long * 200 meters wide). In addition to multiple LED screens, it also includes a large number of supporting systems such as lighting, audio, and microphones, involving a large number of wires and optical fibers. The coordination between multiple systems and the rational layout of lines put high requirements on the overall design and planning of the project. Secondly, at the early stage of the project, there were no design drawings or wiring diagrams. All details, including screen layout, line routing, and system matching, needed to be continuously improved and improved in the communication process. Finally, the project took as long as 8 months from initial communication to final landing, which required long-term, efficient and in-depth communication and collaboration between the two parties.

To respond to these complex requirements, MLS assembled a professional special project team consisting of a senior business manager, senior engineers and professional designers, who were fully responsible for the whole process of the project from communication, design to implementation. Over 8 months, the team worked closely with the customer, repeatedly communicated and demonstrated, and continuously improved and optimized the design drawings, wiring diagrams and installation schemes, ensuring that every detail meets the actual needs of the church venue and the matching requirements of multiple systems. What is worth mentioning is that due to the complexity of the project, many suppliers contacted by the customer could not remember the complex wiring diagrams, which affected the communication efficiency. However, Yan, the sales manager of MLS, accurately remembered all kinds of wiring diagrams from rough to detailed within a few months, and communicated with the customer smoothly and efficiently, which effectively promoted the progress of the project and finally promoted the transaction. In the end, the project used more than 60,000 meters of optical fiber and 30,000 meters of wires to ensure the stable operation of the entire system.

On-Site Installation Challenges & Efficient Execution


Another major challenge of the project was the on-site installation. There are no professional LED display installation personnel locally, and the customer has urgent requirements for the installation cycle. It is difficult to ensure the installation quality and progress only by relying on local labor, which has become a key bottleneck for the project to land on schedule.

To solve this problem, MLS took a two-pronged approach. On the one hand, we dispatched 3 experienced professional technicians to the local area to be responsible for on-site installation guidance, technical training and system debugging, ensuring the standardization and professionalism of the installation process. On the other hand, we coordinated more than 50 local workers to assist in the installation. Before the official construction, our technicians conducted special training for the local workers, focusing on explaining the installation skills, safety precautions and system operation methods, so as to improve the installation efficiency and quality. With the joint efforts of the MLS technical team and local workers, the installation of 1800 square meters of LED screens was completed in only 18 days, with an average of 100 square meters installed per day, successfully meeting the customer’s urgent time requirements.
